ENGINEERING

3M manufacturing and quality engineers support the products, technologies and plants specific to a 3M business. Engineers work on a wide range of projects from increasing capacities of existing products to lowering production costs to ensuring 3M meets or exceeds all safety, regulatory, plant and customer requirements to list only a few.

All Positions
Engineers are located at 3M Canada plant locations in London, Brockville and Perth, Ontario and in Morden, Manitoba.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Ideal candidates will be interested in working in manufacturing operations with some prior experience in a manufacturing plant. In addition, all manufacturing and quality engineers are expected to have strong skills in project management, lean manufacturing techniques and philosophy, and Lean Six Sigma.

FINANCE

Our Finance team performs financial analysis, consulting and reporting to drive improvement in 3M's shareholder value while executing our fiduciary responsibilities. Education

SUPPLY CHAIN

3M Canada manages distribution operations, warehousing, production planning, materials management and transportation operations. Our supply chain department optimizes supply flow through logistics leadership, customer service, Lean manufacturing analysis and network design. Our organization manages the logistics from supplier input materials through distribution and ultimately to the customer.
