3M ChartView is an electronic medical record viewer providing enterprise-wide simultaneous access to patient records. It enables facilities to acquire and aggregate hybrid records into a centralized online database. 3M ChartView allows individual users to view and visually organize medical records in a customized manner to support job function and workflow needs. Documents may include‚ but are not limited to‚ transcribed reports created in 3M™ ChartScript™ Software‚ scanned images‚ interfaced images and electronically imported data or documents from other 3M or third-party applications.
