Extensive experience in Health Care has given 3M HCSC access to a breadth and depth of knowledge. We help translate basic science to the bedside to inform your teams of current standards and best practices in their areas of practice.

Education programs are offered in two formats:

• Customized On-site Seminars: These are standards based, but customized to your facility’s needs.
• Interactive Web-based Learning Modules: These are standards-based, web-based, multi-media, self-paced, learning modules, with testing and certificates provided upon successful completion.

Customized On-site Seminars

As an extension of Assessment and Gap Analysis, and Remedial Program Development, 3M HCSC can provide customized education solutions that can be delivered on-site in your institution These customized solutions incorporate key elements from:

• Knowledge based assessment
• On-site Observational assessment
• Gap analysis
• New policies and procedures

The one (1) day Education and training seminar, is conducted onsite in a classroom format, or in work areas as required. Written knowledge assessments and hands-on training, where applicable, would be part of the education sessions.

As an independent training alternative, or as a complement and support to the Assessment and Gap Analysis, 3M HCSC can provide an interactive, web-based, education program on various areas of aseptic technique, infection prevention, and sterilization assurance.
