3M Library Systems Service Agreement

The 3M Service Agreement is designed for libraries that have come to depend on today’s increasingly complex systems and equipment. Under the agreement, you pay one fixed fee for all 3M equipment repairs.* If your system ever goes down, you know exactly who to call for expert help. Everything needed to restore your equipment to its original working condition is covered, including parts, labor and modifications. The agreement also includes the cost of any hardware and software updates necessary to keep your systems in good working order.

As a 3M Service Agreement customer, you can reach one of our representatives during business hours. Your requests get first priority. In fact, if you place a call in the morning, you can expect a technician at your site by the end of the next business day.

3M trained technicians are located in all major city centers. Technicians have all the tools required to repair equipment and most parts on hand. Most other parts in are held in warehouses across Canada, and can be couriered overnight.

3M Satisfaction Guarantee
3M offers a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE on all 3M Library Systems/Materials Flow Management products. Products are shipped and invoiced Net 30 days condition. If, at the end of 12 months from shipdate, the library is not satisfied with the performance of the equipment, 3M will accept the equipment back and offer a full refund of the original invoiced price, excluding the cost of the 3M RFID Tags and Tattle-Tape™.
